Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage June 2025!

Kabir wrote, “If you have not experienced something for yourself, then for you it is not
real.”  So it is with pilgrimage, which is the art of movement, the poetry of motion, the
music of personal experience of the sacred in those places where it has been known to
shine forth.  If we are not astounded by these possibilities, we can never plumb the
depths of our own souls or the soul of the world.  Hearing this, let the voyage begin,
recalling the words of the Spanish Poet Antonio Machado, “Traveler, there is no path,
paths are made by walking.”

A tourist has been there.  A pilgrim is changed there.

​Dear Ones,
In June of 2025 Marti and I are leading a pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago in Spain.   Those of you who know us know we did pretty much this portion during my second sabbatical from Olympia.   We now would like to take some pilgrims along with us.   All of you are invited.  You will see that we are dubbing this a "more gentle version" of the Camino.  So, if this has always been on your bucket list but you think it is too late, suspend that long enough to read the information.   You can see it all as well as register for the trip HERE.   

We will cap it at 16 pilgrims other than Marti and me and our two in country guides.   I hope you will seriously consider it.  Please know if you want to discuss this more we are open to that and you only need email me at [email protected] and we can do that.
